- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service!! I was visiting Zamels to look at engagement rings. I was interested to have a look at a 1ct, white gold ring, so I spoke to one of the sales person, G*****. G***** was very unhelpful, she asked "are you here to buy or look?" while taking the ring out. I was surprised when I was asked this, so I replied "Id like to have a look at it and try it on". G***** then put the ring away and said "Ill come back to you later" and proceeded to serve another customer. As a customer, and Im sure like many other customers, it would have been nice to see the jewellery before buying it. Not going back there, for sure!By Les Paxlux Kana, November 27, 2019
